1 Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and play8 ("Platform", "we", "company"). These Terms govern access to and use of all services, games, applications, and content provided through the play8 platform at play8.run.

By registering an account, logging in, or using any part of the play8 platform, you expressly confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms contained in this document, as well as the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy which form part of these Terms.

2 Member Eligibility

3 Account Registration and Management

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided is accurate and current. play8 may require identity verification before permitting any financial transactions.

3.2 Password Security

Your account password is confidential and entirely your responsibility. Do not share your password with anyone, including play8 support staff. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact our customer service immediately via 24/7 live chat.

3.3 One Account Per Individual

Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account at play8. Registering multiple accounts for the purpose of exploiting bonuses or circumventing restrictions is prohibited and may result in the closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of any balances held in them.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Payment Methods

play8 accepts a range of secure and convenient payment methods for Malaysian members, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, and ETH).

4.2 Transaction Limits

The minimum transaction requirements applicable to all payment methods are as follows:

• Minimum deposit: RM10 per transaction, for all payment methods.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM100 per withdrawal request.
• Withdrawal processing time: Within 1 hour after confirmation by play8.

4.3 Identity Verification for Withdrawals

play8 reserves the right to require full identity verification before processing withdrawals. This includes submission of a copy of your MyKad, bank statement, or other relevant supporting documents. This is part of our commitment to the security of members' funds and compliance with international licensing requirements.

4.4 Funds Must Be Wagered

Any deposited funds must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal request can be processed, unless different bonus terms apply. play8 reserves the right to decline withdrawal requests that show signs of money laundering or system abuse.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

play8 offers a 100% welcome bonus on new members' first deposit, up to a maximum of RM300. This bonus is subject to a rollover requirement of 25 times the bonus amount received before any winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

For example: if you deposit RM100, you will receive a bonus of RM100, bringing your account balance to RM200. The rollover requirement to be met is RM100 × 25 = RM2,500. As another example: a deposit of RM800 gives a bonus of RM300 (maximum limit), a balance of RM1,100, with a rollover requirement of RM300 × 25 = RM7,500.

5.2 VIP Program

Loyal play8 members are eligible to join the VIP program, which consists of four tiers:

• 🥉 Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.4%
• 🥈 Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.8%
• 🥇 Gold — weekly cashback up to 1.1%
• 💎 Platinum — weekly cashback up to 1.5%

Progression through VIP tiers is determined based on betting activity and member loyalty. play8 reserves the right to update the VIP programme structure from time to time.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by play8 are subject to specific terms that will be stated at the time the offer is made. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn as cash and may only be used for betting activity. play8 reserves the right to cancel any bonus if its usage terms are violated.

6 Game and Betting Rules

All games available on the play8 platform operate using a certified random number generator (RNG) that has undergone independent third-party testing to ensure fairness and transparency. This includes online slots, live casino, sports betting, and all other available game categories.

Members agree to understand the rules of each game before playing. play8 is not responsible for any losses arising from a member's lack of understanding of game rules.

In the event of a technical error, service disruption, or any anomaly during a game session, play8 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the wagered amount to the member's account balance. play8's decision in such matters is final.

Sports bets are subject to the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed. Odds may change and play8 reserves the right to cancel or adjust bets if an error in the displayed odds occurs.

7 Member Conduct and Prohibited Activities

play8 expects all members to engage with the platform honestly and responsibly. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate disciplinary action:

• Using automation software, bots, or any third-party tools to exploit the gaming system.
• Cheating or colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting bugs, technical errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform's systems.
• Money laundering or any suspicious financial activity.
• Using another person's identity or payment information without authorisation.
• Creating multiple accounts to obtain additional bonuses or to evade restrictions.
• Betting using funds obtained unlawfully.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Closure by Member

Members may close their account at any time by contacting play8 customer support via 24/7 live chat or email. Prior to closure, all eligible balances will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with the applicable terms.

8.2 Suspension by play8

play8 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspicion or evidence of fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity.
• Failure to submit requested identity verification documents.
• A self-exclusion request by the member themselves.
• Instructions from relevant authorities or licensing bodies.

8.3 Implications of Closure

Following account closure, the member is no longer permitted to access the play8 platform. Any eligible balance will be processed in accordance with established procedures. If closure occurs as a result of a terms violation, play8 reserves the right to withhold the balance while an investigation is carried out.

play8's maximum liability to any member shall not exceed the total funds deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

11 Privacy Policy and Data Protection

The collection, use, and protection of members' personal data is governed by the play8 Privacy Policy, which forms an inseparable part of these Terms. By accepting these Terms, you also accept our Privacy Policy.

play8 collects personal data necessary for account management, payment processing, licensing compliance, and service improvement. Data will not be sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

12 Changes to Terms and Applicable Law

12.1 Right to Amend Terms

play8 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time at our discretion. Material changes will be communicated to members via their registered email or an in-platform notification at least 14 days before taking effect, unless an immediate change is required for security or legal compliance reasons.

Continued use of the play8 platform after changes to the Terms take effect will be considered acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree with the changes made, you have the right to close your account.

12.2 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which play8's international licence is obtained. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the play8 platform will be resolved through the appropriate arbitration or court process.

In the event of a conflict between the Malay and English versions of these Terms, the Malay version will take precedence for Malaysian members.
